Mr. Frank took our case that several other attorneys declined because of how complicated it was. Both drivers involved in the accident were uninsured, which meant the claim had to be pursued against the Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund. Despite the complexity, Mr. Frank believed in the case from the beginning and handled the situation with confidence and grace. I was in an accident that should have been an easy process. Another driver hit my car, exchanged info and went on our way. Damage to my car was about 7K.
